Healthy Boba: Low-Carb Bubble Tea

Serves 1


  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup Miracle Rice
  • 1 cup brewed tea of choice
  • 1 tsp stevia glycerite
  • 1/2 tsp flavor extract of choice
  • 1 cup crushed ice cubes


  1. In a shaker cup, or glass with a lid, add almond milk, Miracle Rice, tea, sweetener and extract. Stir until well combined, then add ice cubes. Shake to chill the entire drink.
